Remote Programming
For clients who are familiar with kettlebells and other skills, I offer remote programming. You can track your progress, and workout on your time. This is a good option for people with a constantly changing or very busy schedule.

I have never felt more comfortable and supported with any personal trainer as I do with Melody.
