Physical fitness is about SO much more than looking a certain way. When I work out, I focus on myself and my goals. It can be really intense or it can be really therapeutic. MOST often though, it’s a great mix of both. I leave a workout feeling stronger in my body, lighter in my mind, and more upbeat - both physically and mentally - than I did when I entered. My goal as a personal trainer is to help every client accomplish their goals in such a way that they enjoy their workouts as much as I enjoy mine.

I grew up dancing and continued to dance all the way through college. Somewhere along the way, my passion for dance faded but I still found myself staying very physically active. I moved to New York City and started to pursue a career in marketing. It quickly became clear to me that the 9-to-5 life was not for me, and I would reflect on that morning after morning as I hit the gym before heading into the office. I quit my office job and started managing the front desk at Fhitting Room, a boutique fitness studio offering kettlebell and circuit focused HIIT workouts. I completely fell in love with kettlebells and HIIT training, and I knew I wanted a career in fitness. I studied for and obtained my NASM Personal Training Certification in 2016 and began training group classes at Fhitting Room where I am now training about 25 classes per week and on the programming team. I built a personal training clientele from there and four years later, here we are!
